How NDIS, Aged Care, Medicare, private health and self-funded options work with our services.
We provide flexible ways to access our Allied Health and disability services with guidance on which funding pathways apply and how to get started.

Funding and access
Trelity Health supports a range of funding options so adults living with disability and neurological conditions can access the right care at the right time. Many of our services can be funded through NDIS, Support at Home (Aged Care), Medicare/GP Care Plans, private health insurance or private/self-funded payment.
If you are unsure which funding pathway applies to you, this page gives a simple overview, and you can always contact us to talk it through.
Funding options at a glance
Different services can be funded through different programs. The guide is directional and shows what is commonly eligible. Our team will always confirm your individual situation before starting services.

Notes
- * Medicare rebates may be available for Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing and Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) when they are included on a GP or Specialist Care Plan (for example a Chronic Disease Management Plan or other eligible program).
- + Nursing under NDIS depends on your goals, support needs and what is included in your plan.

Payments, rebates & HICAPS
HICAPS in our clinic
HICAPS is available for eligible Allied Health services (for example Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology) when seen in our clinic. Claims can be processed on the spot, and you only pay the gap. Please check with your health fund to confirm your level of cover.
EFTPOS & card payments
EFTPOS and major cards are accepted in the office. For some services you may also be able to pay over the phone.
Invoices for home visits & telehealth
For services provided in your home or via telehealth, invoices can be emailed so you can pay online or by card. Where appropriate, invoices can be sent directly to your Plan Manager or Aged Care Provider.
NDIS & Support at Home (Aged Care) billing
Where funding is approved, we can invoice plan-managed NDIS, self-managed NDIS, and Support at Home (Aged Care) Home Care Package providers in line with your plan and agreed supports.
Referrals & how to get started
NDIS and Support at Home (Aged Care)
You do not need a GP referral to contact us. If you already have NDIS or Aged Care funding, we can help you understand what may be covered and how our services can fit within your plan.
Medicare / GP plans
A GP or Specialist referral is required for Medicare-funded sessions (for example, chronic disease management plans). If you think this might apply to you, talk to your GP first, then share the referral details with us.
Private clients
You can book directly as a private client at any time, with or without a referral. Many people choose to start privately while waiting for funding decisions or plan changes.
